Metalized Surfaces:

As a result of tests in our laboratories, studies and experiences exist to finishing plastic prototypes with high-gloss metal surfaces. The discovered process chain enables the following surfaces layer:

•  aluminium
•  chrome
•  nickel
•  copper
•  titanium
•  brass
•  stainless steel and
•  gold

for application direct on stl-parts.

Based on this technology surface defects, incurred by the irregular application of the conductive varnish for galvanize, are here basically not possible. Finally, on this way matt or high-gloss surfaces can be realized, which additionally are very resistant to touch.

Beside decorative effects, metalized surfaces can additionally achieve improvements of properties, as strength, heat refection and anticorrosive coating.
