Key Technology -
Advanced Investment Casting The
competence in rapid technology and casting techniques qualifies PORTEC
to handle with two investment casting processes. The
differential pressure casting with high accuracy while
reduced
lead timecalled as flask investment
casting, and the more modifiable conventional investment
casting. PORTEC GmbH is worldwide the first
rapid prototyping service provider, who applies
the Rapid-Shell-Casting technology (RSC) combined with a new
drying tunnel process. So PORTECs technology combines the
rapidity off differential pressure casting with the
advantages of conventional investment casting:
- wide variety of alloys and
- improved
cast structures.
